Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Ironstone Beaumont Concrete and Masonry, beaumontconcreteandmasonry.com, projects@beaumontconcreteandmasonry.com
Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Ironstone Beaumont Concrete and Masonry for work at your property. By browsing the site, calling us, sending the form on our contact page or signing an estimate, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us.
In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean Ironstone Beaumont Concrete and Masonry. "You" means the person using the site or the property owner who hires us.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Beaumont, TX, and we also do concrete work. Our services include foundation repair, brick and chimney repair, tuckpointing, retaining walls, pavers, walkways, stone veneer and outdoor kitchen masonry, among others. You can read more on our home page and our About page.
The information on this website is general information about our trade and our work. It isn't a quote, a promise of a result on your house or engineering advice. The scope of any job is set by the written estimate or agreement for that job.
Estimates and pricing
Our quotes are free and come with no obligation. We give them after looking at the work on site, because brick, block and concrete problems rarely show their full extent in a photo.
An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day. Once a wall is opened or old mortar or concrete comes out, we sometimes find hidden conditions, such as a failed footing, rotted framing behind brick or more damage than showed on the surface. When that happens we stop, explain what we found and give you a written change in scope and price before doing the extra work. We won't charge you for added work you didn't approve.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material prices and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it. Permit fees, engineering reports and other outside costs are included only if the estimate says so.
Scheduling, delays and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you, and we work to keep it. Mortar and fresh concrete need the right conditions to set and cure, so rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat can push work back. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit timing or anything else outside our control aren't a breach of these terms, and we'll keep you posted when the schedule changes.
You're responsible for giving our crew reasonable access to the work area and for moving vehicles, furniture and other belongings out of it, unless we've agreed otherwise. If we arrive on a scheduled day and can't get to the work, we may have to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or move a job, please call us at (409) 240-0376 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials or started work, you agree to pay for the work done and for materials we can't return, and we'll refund any deposit beyond those costs.
We may cancel or reschedule if the site is unsafe or if the work turns out to need an engineer or another trade first. If we cancel, we'll refund any part of your deposit not already spent on your job.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs on overdue balances, and we keep any rights Texas law gives contractors to secure payment for work on a property.
Our guarantee and warranty disclaimers
We stand behind our work, and satisfaction is guaranteed on every job. If something we built or repaired isn't right because of our workmanship, call us and we'll come look at it and make it right. Any written warranty terms for your job appear in your estimate or agreement.
This guarantee doesn't cover damage from causes outside our work, including soil movement, flooding, settling of the house, tree roots, impacts, misuse, lack of upkeep or changes someone else makes after we finish. It also doesn't cover parts of the property we didn't work on.
Some things come with the materials and aren't defects. Concrete commonly gets small hairline cracks as it cures and shrinks. New mortar, brick and stone will vary in color and texture from older work, and while we match them as closely as practical, we can't promise an exact match. A repair to an aging foundation, chimney or wall fixes what we worked on but won't stop other parts from wearing out.
Except for the guarantee in these terms and any written warranty in your agreement, our work and this website are provided as is. To the extent Texas law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
We're licensed and insured. To the extent the law allows, Ironstone Beaumont Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from our services or this website, such as lost use of the property, lost income or the cost of temporary arrangements.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Texas law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We aren't responsible for conditions that existed before we started. We also aren't responsible for underground utilities, sprinkler lines or other buried items that weren't marked or disclosed to us, though we take care around anything we know about.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don't copy its content for commercial use, interfere with how it works or send false information through the form.
We try to keep the site accurate, but services, hours and service areas can change. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Resolving disagreements
If you're unhappy with our work or with these terms, please tell us first by phone or through our contact page. Most problems are settled quickly with a site visit and a straight conversation, and you agree to give us a fair chance to do that before taking other action.
If we can't settle it within 30 days of your written notice, either of us may propose mediation with a neutral mediator in Jefferson County, Texas, with the mediator's fee shared equally. If mediation doesn't resolve it, the dispute may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Texas.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and the version in place when you sign an estimate or agreement applies to that job.
If a written agreement for your job conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Questions about these terms
If you have a question about these terms, call us at (409) 240-0376 or reach us through our contact page. Expect a reply within 1 business day.
